Our Community
Passionate about learning and sharing their skills, our studio's instructors go through at least 500 hours to become Certified Pilates Instructors. In addition, they pursue extensive continuing education yearly to address the broadest possible range of physical goals and conditions. For example, osteoporosis and pre-post natal to athletes or those regaining their strength and vitality after cancer treatment. Meet our Pure Movement studio instructors, trained in the Pilates method, licensed physical therapy, GYROTONIC®, Postural Restoration Institute, Certified Personal Training, and much more!
Full Time Studio Instructors
Each Pure Movement studio instructor has a unique background to help serve the distinctive needs of our community. Because of this, we like to encourage taking classes from our different instructors in order to learn more and to discover their individual styles of teaching. Above all, our instructors love Pilates and love to inform, engage, and strengthen your appreciation for movement too!
