What is a private session? It is time for you to learn more about how your body moves! Explore privates, Pilates or Gyrotonic, and our pricing options.
Privates, either Pilates or Gyrotonic, will focus on your unique needs and strive to strengthen underdeveloped muscles, achieve a better balance in the body, and find overall healthier movement. During this time, your instructor can modify exercises to fit your needs while still emphasizing strength, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, stamina, and confidence.
Where to Start?
As an education-focused studio, an Introductory Private session is required before moving forward. Whether you plan to stay private, only do Gyrotonic, or move into group classes. Firstly this is an opportunity for our instructors to give you feedback on how you move and talk to you about your fitness goals. Secondly, they will also discuss the number of privates to schedule weekly and which pricing option is a good place to start.
The Gyrokinesis Method, or Gyrotonic, is a movement method that addresses the entire body. During your private, you'll open energy pathways, stimulate the nervous system, increase range of motion. As a result creating functional body strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.
We are lucky to offer both private Pilates and Gyrotonic sessions with different pricing options. The benefits from both are numerous to sum up just a few:

Private Pilates and Gyrotonic Pricing Options
We offer both Membership and Drop-In options for private sessions. We recommend coming twice a week to see the best fitness results.
If you know your schedule and it’s the same week-to-week, studio memberships are a great way to stay consistent!
If you’re not sure of your schedule and availability, a drop-in class package allows you to pick and choose a class when you know your availability.
