How to Bring a Buddy to Pilates.
Group Membership students now have 4 Bring a Buddy passes for all level one classes per month.
Text us (260.420.1000) or email the studio to let us know your buddy’s contact info and which class you want to attend. Once we enter them into the system, you and your buddy get to attend a level-one class for free!

Pilates Reformer Fundamentals

Welcome to Pilates at Pure Movement! This Reformer Fundamental introductory class will explore basic Pilates principles like breathing, spinal position, and form. We’ll share the general set-up for each exercise and the progression of each movement as you work up to the next level of group apparatus classes and/or private sessions. This class is open to beginners who are new to our studio or new to the Pilates method.
Restore and Reform
Level 1

Enjoy a restorative release session during the first half, followed by the reformer, which accents the newfound freedom and range of motion. Always fresh and different, each week, you’ll discover a deeper connection to your Pilates reformer work and better understand where you hold stress and tension in the body. This gentle class offers both new and experienced movers and whole-body rejuvenation!
Strengthen + Stretch Reformer

Unleash your potential in our all-levels Strengthen+Stretch Reformer class—a dynamic fusion of strength and serenity. One free pass per buddy. If you and your buddy can’t make it to a level one class, let us know, and we’ll try to find an alternative class time. That’s it!
