New Virtual Membership Offerings:
On-Demand Virtual: $19.99/Month
Receive unlimited access to our On-Demand, Member-Only Video Library, this includes pre-recorded classes, workshops, and tutorials. This membership renews monthly.
Unlimited Virtual: $99/Month ($49 a month if combined with an apparatus membership)
You’ll be able to sign up for unlimited virtual classes offered every day Monday-Friday.
Unlimited Apparatus + Virtual + On Demand: $179 per Month
Combine in-studio and virtual classes for the ultimate in studio membership offerings. In addition, get access to our On-Demand Video Library to practice whenever, wherever you want! Requires a 1-year commitment.

Single Virtual: $20
Drop-in for a single virtual group class. Expires after 3 months. When you might not know your availability, this is a great option.
10 Virtual Class Package: $150 ($15 per class)
You have 10 classes to be used for any virtual group session. Expires after 3 months. The best part, schedule them out to stay consistent!

VIRTUAL Intermediate Mat with Props

In this fitness-focused online Pilates mat class, you’ll work your body as a whole with intermediate and advanced exercises. During the session, you’ll practice pace and rhythm, the build-up to dynamic and energetic movement. Subsequently, you’ll feel stretched, strong, and fluid throughout your body. Optional props, if available to you, will help you get more out of each move and mix up your classic mat routine.

Similar to our popular Strengthen + Stretch reformer class, stay on track at home with the basics of Pilates mat! Class sequencing breaks down each exercise so you can understand proper body position and movement. Therefore, this virtual class is perfectly suited for beginners with helpful tips and pointers. It is a great introduction to exercising the body as a whole and will prepare you for more advanced whole-body exercises.
VIRTUAL GYROKINESIS®
(Level 2/3)
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm EST
Introducing The Gyrokinesis Method! Firstly a movement method that opens energy pathways and stimulates the nervous system, this class addresses the entire body, increases range of motion, and creates functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. Moreover, it is an original and unique method, which coordinates movement, breath, and mental focus.

This is an at-home apparatus class! It offers an overall feel-good session. It’s a full-body workout for those looking to enhance their muscles and stamina while simultaneously increasing their muscular range of movement.
VIRTUAL Barre-less Barre
(Level 3)
Thursdays at 9:00 am EST
Your favorite combination of dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and strengthen the whole body. Expect a high intensity, low impact mat class. It combines strength and flexibility with rhythm and controlled pulses for a cardio element.
VIRTUAL Release + Restore
(Level 2)
Fridays at 9:00 am EST
Above all focused on releasing tightness and opening up, use the foam roller and simple movements to stretch and massage your body. Expect to connect to your center and practice breathing fully. This is a gentle class that is perfect for tough and stressful weeks.
How Does This Change Things?
Most of you guys are doing a combination of virtual and apparatus classes. Get it, girl! Therefore these new studio memberships and package offerings are combining the best moving forward.
The virtual and on-demand are new post-quarantine. So introducing an Unlimited Virtual membership gives an option for students who are not attending in-person classes. Or adding on further, if you’re attending in-person classes, you can add an Unlimited Virtual membership, combining the two, for half of the cost.

You can use an apparatus class or purchase a single virtual class. To make things as easy as possible for both studio and students, we lowered the price of an apparatus class and the cost of the unlimited membership! Thus you can plan based on whatever best suits your schedule, availability, and what you’re searching for in your workouts.
Want on-demand classes?
Our on-demand class library is LIVE and ready for you! For example practice by repeating a recorded class and step-by-step exercise tutorials and workshops to help you be the best student you can be. This option is a result of students who were searching for an online way to connect with us but couldn’t make it to our live virtual classes.
