Early this year we pivoted and opened virtual Pilates classes as an option for our students! Seeing that our new virtual world is here to stay, we’re making some permanent changes. New Pilates in-studio membership and package offerings that make the best of both worlds. Now you have the option to use one of your Pilates apparatus classes as a virtual or in-studio class if it better suits your schedule, availability, and what you’re searching for in your workouts!
New In-Studio Membership Offerings:
If you know your schedule and it’s the same week-to-week, studio memberships are a great way to stay consistent! We recommend coming twice a week to see the best Pilates fitness results. But whether it’s once a week or more, pick the total monthly classes that work for you.
Unlimited Apparatus + Virtual + On Demand Membership:
4 Apparatus Classes: $79.60 ($19.90 per class)/ Monthly

If you’re not sure of your schedule and availability, a drop-in class package allows you to pick and choose a class when you know your availability.

Welcome to Pilates at Pure Movement! In this Reformer Fundamental introductory class, you’ll explore the basic Pilates principles like breathing, spinal position, and form. We’ll share the general set-up for each exercise and the progression of each movement as you work up to the next level of group apparatus classes and/or private sessions. This class is open to beginners who are new to our studio or new to the Pilates method.
Discover the fundamental aspects of each Pilates exercise in this class. Each week you’ll break down the components of a select exercise to understand its importance. You cannot advance without knowing the fundamentals!
The reformer at its finest: a class focusing on half strengthening exercises and half stretching movements. This class offers an overall feel-good session. It’s a full-body workout if you’re looking to enhance your muscles and stamina while simultaneously increasing your muscular range of movement.
Join Allie, our Pilates apprentice, in our new four-week community series Classic Pilates Reformer. In this series, Allie will go over the classic Pilates repertoire and introduce how it can make you stronger and feel more fluid. Four weeks for $40 or a single drop-in classes for $20.
Start your morning right with this heart-pumping reformer class. You’ll practice the basic repertoire and layer on weight changes, test your range of motion, and extend your reach. Hit us up each Saturday to learn and grow from our different studio instructors, each instructor will bring to the class their own expertise and method for challenging your movement and Pilates practice.
Did you know that the Pilates repertoire includes multiple pieces of equipment? In our Mixed Apparatus class, we work on the reformer, half-trap, chair, orbit, Bodhi suspension ropes, and more. Tap into a little of everything all within a 55-minute class. This class takes student requests for which piece of equipment they would like to focus on in the day’s session.

With expressive movement and a focus on pace, this class explores having active strength of body and mind. With an energetic speed, move through the advanced repertoire and discover the space your body exists in and moves within. You’ll play with a slow pace through heavyweight and a fast pace through lighter weight.

We were initially offering studio memberships with 5 and 10 apparatus classes monthly, but given as most months are an even number of weeks, we hope this new offering maximizes your schedule! Whether you’re coming once, twice, or three times a week! Or adding on further, now with the Unlimited In-Studio + Virtual + On-Demand Membership you’re week can layer 1 in-studio, 1 virtual, and 1 on-demand Pilates class!
