Brittney’s parents shared, “First of all, we think the instructor is Great! Also, the studio itself is convenient and a very nice space. We have been taking a weekly lesson from Britt for almost five years. Britt is aware of Jeanne’s osteoporosis and my need for stretching, especially the lower back muscles; and we believe the weekly lessons have been very helpful for both of us.“

Seeing multiple generations explore movement, yes, as a teacher and student, but also sometimes we have families rent the group room for a private, a father-daughter duo that makes Pilates part of their Saturday morning, and special occasion visits from kids that take with their parent when back home. They encourage each other during challenging exercises and celebrate small wins as a team, a testament to our cultivated, supportive, and welcoming community.
