Want to participate in our Summer Pop-Up Challenge? Here’s how it works:
- Attend One of Each Pop-Up Class: We have an exciting lineup of Pop-Up classes scheduled for the upcoming summer. All Pop-Ups are on Fridays at 9:00 AM as a Level 2. Participate in one of each. Level 2 classes dig a little deeper into Pilates’s style and exercise method. Appropriate for those with some Pilates apparatus or previous fitness experience, continue to focus on understanding proper body position, movement sequencing, breathing techniques, form, and equipment safety. When completing your Introductory Group package, we recommend sticking to levels one and two.
- Be Sure to Complete the End-of-Summer Survey: Your feedback is invaluable to us. Complete our brief end-of-summer survey to share your thoughts and help us continue improving your experience at Pure Movement. One of these classes could become a new schedule staple with your input!
Classic Intermediate Reformer Flow

Pilates Circuit
If you’re short on time but still want a powerful workout, our Pilates Circuit class is the answer. In just 50 minutes, you’ll ignite your core, sculpt your muscles, and leave feeling empowered. The class features a different Pilates movement designed to target every muscle group, structured around a circuit format. Get in, get the work done, and feel stronger than ever. Slow Burn Reformer
For those who prefer a more measured approach to their workout, our Slow Burn Reformer class is ideal. This class prioritizes slow, intentional movements to target specific muscle groups, allowing maximum muscle recruitment and activation. Experience the “burn” as you challenge your body with low-impact exercises that build lean muscle and improve overall body awareness. The slower tempo gives you the opportunity to refine your technique and deepen your Pilates practice, making each movement purposeful and effective.
