You can maximize your Pilates practice by taking from each Pure Movement Instructor and learning something new, both about Pilates and yourself, on the journey!
We’re excited to kick off our second Pilates fitness challenge this year! This winter, we want you to try something new and familiar. Each instructor has a unique Pilates journey, and it’s a genuine treat when we get to share it with each of you.
What is the Treat Yourself Challenge?
We’re challenging you to attend at least one of each instructor’s classes offered at Pure Movement! We hope you attend class at a different time, maybe a different day. And maybe hear a different cue, feel a new exercise flow, or even meet someone new! Plus, you may discover how new cues change your approach to movement and feel a major shift in your physical practice.
Our hope for you is that the more rewarding something is, the more joy we find in it! We are a family and close community, and sharing this journey together brings us great joy.
Pilates Fitness Challenge Details
This Pilates fitness challenge is for students holding a studio Membership; starting December 1st, you’ll have 31 days to complete the Treat Yourself Challenge. For example, if you have a Silver Membership, you would have to attend two (2) of Tresa’s classes, two (2) of Morgan’s classes, two (2) of Leah’s, two (2) of Maddie’s classes, and two (2) of Brittney’s classes to receive the challenge treat. Please let us know when you’ve completed all classes. Students who complete the Challenge will receive a Pure Movement canvas shopping tote (props not included but available for sale at Idlehour).
- Bronze Members – take at least one of each Instructor’s classes offered (any level).
- Silver Members and above – complete at least 2 of each Instructor’s class offered (any level).
What to Expect in the Treat Yourself Challenge
Expect to break a habit!
Expect to learn something new from someone new. Changing a habit, even a positive one like an every Tuesday 9:00 AM Pilates class, while sounding harmless, still means you are running on autopilot. We challenge you to be mindful of your movement schedule and build curiosity to boost your mental health and benefit from the Pilates method! Switching up your schedule can be difficult, we know. And we’re grateful for those accepting the challenge and taking an intentional step! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our team or talk to your instructor before class.
