Details of the Bring A Friend Challenge?
This is a great opportunity for you two to build each other up, get stronger together, beat the stress back, and push each other to be your best!
We offer two! Reformer Fundamental classes which are a level 1, perfect for beginners. Learning the basics is extremely important, as Pilates is unlike any fitness modality you’ve tried before. During these classes, you’ll work on the basic Pilates exercises and principles and learn how to use the equipment. Everyone can benefit from perfecting the basics!

Consistency is key when it comes to optimal health. So we offer different memberships to help you stay on the fitness bandwagon. Added perk, when your friend signs up for studio membership, you get a kickback; the price of your monthly membership on us!

- Find a time that works for both of your busy schedules. Saying “I’ll see you in class”, can give each of you something to look forward to. It’s much easier to stick with your fitness goals and stay active when you have a friend.
- Make sure you have all your props! If you both are working out virtually, give yourself the studio experience at home with the right Pilates set up.
- Plan ahead! If you’re attending in-studio, especially evening Pilates classes, reserve your spot. This will help you build a consistent routine and keep you on track.
- Celebrate small wins! Finished your first week? Increased your Swan extension? Found your Teaser? Celebrate together, happiness is contagious!
