Certified Pilates Instructor
In 2007, Erin began teaching Pilates as a trained student of Balanced Body faculty member, Katy Thompson. Erin’s instruction style reflects a number of her movement passions: Iyengar yoga, Feldenkrais®, and Thai reusis. Her classes include a focus on form, the use of props, breathing techniques, playful choreography and an adaptation for any body condition.
Erin is fully certified in Balanced Body mat work and all apparatus pieces. She continues to attend workshops, and obtain continuing credit hours annually in order to offer a holistic movement experience for her clients in and out of the studio. Her goal is for her clients to feel better. She is also a Thai bodyworker.
