Group studio apparatus classes are done on the Pilates machines such as reformers, chairs, or various Pilates props. These classes are smaller (no more than seven (7) people) and are recommended for those who want a more tailored workout for their own individual needs with a well-rounded combination of stretching and strengthening. Classes are kept small and size is determined based on the individualized needs/goals of the group.
