Introductory Pilates Private for $50
Pilates can be transformative—but only when built on a strong foundation of proper form and individualized movement, especially for injury recovery.
Because Pilates differs from most fitness methods, learning the basics is essential. Introductory private sessions provide the best starting point, setting you up for the best success in future classes.
Students who invest in these initial sessions consistently see better results in group settings, as both they and their instructors gain a clearer understanding of their unique needs and needed areas of focus.
