BENEFITS OF PILATES

The benefits of learning and practicing the Pilates Method are many and vary for each student. The best testament to the benefits of Pilates is when our clients state “I feel absolutely great” along with “I will be doing Pilates for the rest of my life.” We have found through working with many people that they achieve and maintain optimal results with regular practice of Pilates 2 – 3 times per week. This includes working with us at the studio on the Pilates equipment and working at home with a program we design for them.
