Introduction to Equipment Based Pilates Series

The introductory series is offered to our first-time students and is a requirement before a student can enter into any of the group equipment classes.

The introduction series consists of 4 private sessions which will begin with an evaluation and an introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates. The series requirement is designed to teach you how to get the most out of your continuing Pilates sessions whether they be private, semi-private sessions or group classes.

A Semi-private is also a great way to begin your Pilates practice is with a friend or family member. Working together with one instructor you and your partner can share your experiences, meet challenges and achieve your goals together.
