What to look forward to?
To continue to exercise during quarantine and best serve you, we are scheduling sessions to limit as few people in the studio at one time. For students who are ready to return to their sessions, we ask the following:
1). Please wear sticky socks or regular socks if sticky socks are not available to you for the time being. If you do not own a pair, you may purchase one at the boutique. This will limit skin contact with the equipment.
2). Please consider purchasing your own straps or wearing gloves to avoid skin contact with the straps.
3). Please be understanding that we will be required to shorten sessions by a few minutes to allow for additional cleaning time and hand washing.
4). Please be patient as we navigate business in this new normal.
Instructors will wear facemasks, keep their hands cleaned and/or covered, and change all springs to limit exposure to the equipment. Equipment will be cleaned heavily in between sessions. Due to the already private nature of our studio, we feel confident that we will be able to provide a safe and healthy environment while exercising during quarantine.

In order to limit how many people are in the studio at one time, we also request:
1). Please wait in your car until your instructor waves you to come into the studio (after the previous client has left). If you need to come in early to change, please wait in a separate room where the previous session is not occurring.
2). Parents of Minor Students: We ask that you do not come into the studio with your child for their sessions. This responsibly limits additional contacts and the number of people in our studio at one time.
